Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients with medical, surgical, and emergent conditions
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Coordinate care with ancillary services to support outcomes
• Serve as a patient advocate and ensure safety and satisfaction
• Participate in staff meetings, unit initiatives, and quality improvement
