Medical University of South Carolina in Florence, AL, is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Florence Emergency Department. The role provides direct nursing care to patients using the nursing process and requires leadership of team members within a multidisciplinary setting.

You will coordinate care with physicians, ensure patient safety, and promote education and health promotion. Minimum requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing, an active RN license, BLS certification, and ER/ICU

Formación

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current RN license in SC or compact state is required.
• AHA/Red Cross BLS certification.
• Emergency Room or ICU RN experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead assigned team members; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver age-appropriate care.
• Deliver patient/family centered care focusing on physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural needs; coordinate education and health promotion.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; ensure privacy and professional behavior.
