Job summary

Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking an experienced RN for a per diem night shift at the Bayshore Gardens Free‑Standing Emergency Department. A minimum of 2 years of ED experience and current ER experience are required.

Qualifications

• RN must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• FloridaRN licensure in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• TNCC and NIH Stroke certifications preferred.
• CPI required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies and philosophy.
• Demonstrate professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while providing patient-centered nursing care.
• Communicate with physicians and other nursing staff about patient needs, administer IVs and medications, and monitor patient vital signs.

Education

Current RN licensure in Florida

Current BLS through American Heart Association

Current ACLS through American Heart Association

Current TNCC Certification
