Job summary

gobravvo is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide acute care in a fast-paced emergency department. You will perform rapid assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in an emergency room or acute care setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to comply with facility protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid patient assessments and triage based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor patient status and update care plans accordingly.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including trauma and cardiac events.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with standards.
