Job summary

Vanderbilt Health in Tennessee is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (3 p.m. to 3 a.m.) at the VCH Emergency Room - Main.

The RN will plan, organize and administer patient care in collaboration with other professional disciplines to ensure effective outcomes and alignment with hospital policies. You will analyze patient information, apply the nursing process, and participate in health promotion and safety.

Qualifications

• Includes nursing patient assessment & evaluation in home care (Novice).
• Nursing Patient Education (Novice).
• Care Planning (Novice) focuses on prioritizing tasks and adapting to changes to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care and coordinates care delivery.
