Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room team in Highland, IL. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers delivering hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.

Department: Emergency Room. Schedule: Full Time, Rotating Shift, Weekend Option. Licensure in state of practice required; BSN preferred. Various certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP) may be required depending on patient population.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice is required.
• BSN preferred.
• Wisconsin RNs may practice with a multi-state license per the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are required based on patient population.
• CCRN or CEN certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
• Provide care in a high-demand Emergency Room setting.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and patient safety protocols.
