Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room team at St. Joseph's Hospital in Highland, IL. Ideal candidates are patient-focused and mission-driven, applying clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.

The role features a full-time schedule with rotating shifts and a weekend option. Licensure as an RN in the state of practice is required; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in state of practice required.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP depending on patient population.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on acute patient care at the bedside in the Emergency Room.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality outcomes.
