Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a qualified RN to join our Emergency Department as a Clinical Nurse. You will perform assessments and care, communicate with patients and families, and ensure safe, high-quality treatment in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an RN with BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS certifications, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. On-site ED exposure is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree; RN licensure with BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS.
• Experience with direct patient care preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in clinical technology and basic computer skills.
• Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced emergency situations.
• Ability to uphold professional standards and participate in continuous education.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation with individualized care.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and patient-centered care strategies.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care, fostering teamwork and respectful clinical environments.
