Job summary

Samaritan Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department in Oregon. The RN will provide safe, age-appropriate direct and indirect patient care, using the nursing process within the scope set by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.

Experience in ED is preferred; ACLS/TNCC/PALS within six months of hire are required, and CEN is a plus. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and efficient care delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
• Healthcare Provider BLS required.
• ACLS, TNCC and PALS required within six months of hire; previous ED nursing experience preferred; CEN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, age-appropriate direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process within the Oregon State Board of Nursing scope.
• Collaborate with ED team to manage a wide range of patient conditions and emergencies.
