Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department in Milledgeville, GA. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care, coordinating nursing processes, and ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced ED setting.

The position supports 36 hours per week with a 3p-3a schedule and rotating weekends. Depending on qualifications, benefits-enabled employment and ongoing orientation are provided to promote success.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Emergency Room experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a skilled RN, provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Use evidence-based practice and clinical decision making while communicating effectively to ensure a safe environment and optimal patient experience.

Education

Completion of an accredited nursing program
