Job summary

USGP is seeking an Emergency Physician to serve military members, families and veterans at Fort Bragg, NC. The role requires a Doctorate of Medicine or Osteopathy, board-certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine, and current NC license with DEA registration.

Active BLS/ACLS/ALS/PALS and at least 3 years of ER experience are required. The position includes full-time and contract components with relocation options and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required with Emergency Medicine training.
• Active BLS, ACLS, ALS and PALS certifications.
• 3 years ER experience in the last 3 years.
• Residency trained/board certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical examinations and initial management for routine, urgent and emergent illnesses.
• Stabilize patients and coordinate with hospital services per MTF procedures.
• Prescribe medications per formulary and document care in medical records.
• Ensure credentialing, quality control and compliance with AR 40-66 and related regulations.
