Qualifications

• Completed residency in Emergency Medicine or a related field.
• Active Texas medical license and board-eligible or board-certified status.
• Current PALS/ACLS/ATLS certifications; BLS preferred.
• Experience in a freestanding ED or urgent care setting preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple clinical sites and lead teams.
• Strong communication and quick decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Immediate evaluation and diagnosis of emergency patients.
• Provide urgent treatments and stabilize patients.
• Collaborate with nurses, paramedics and specialists.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and document care records.
• Maintain up-to-date practice with EMS and ED standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
