Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in good standing with state board.
• Preceptor license requirement upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Participate in departmental clinical programs as assigned.
• Process orders and dispense medications according to policies and regulatory requirements; support ACGME reporting.
• Contribute to educational goals of the department.
• Enhance the accuracy and efficiency of pharmacy processes to promote patient safety.
