The position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, with compensation up to $81.87 per hour and a strong emphasis on patient outcomes, education, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from accredited college.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency preferred but not required.
• Hospital clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• Licensed pharmacist in OK in good standing; maintain preceptor license; ASHP PGY1 preceptorship upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Participate in departmental targeted clinical programs as assigned.
• Process orders and dispense medications according to policies, procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Support education goals and improve the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of pharmacy processes.
• Assist with regulatory reporting to external agencies.
