Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a pharmacist to participate in clinical and distributive pharmacy services, ensuring optimal pharmaceutical care for all patients daily.

The role supports development and maintenance of clinical and distributive programs, adherence to policies, and the promotion of safe, cost-effective therapies across age groups. A $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from ACPE-accredited program.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency preferred but not required.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing with state board.

Responsibilities

• Ensures age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Participates in departmental clinical programs as assigned.
• Process orders and dispense medications according to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Administering ACGME accreditation and reporting requirements to external agencies.
• Contribute to educational goals of the department.
• Enhance the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of pharmacy processes to promote safety and outcomes.
