Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D from an accredited college.
- ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Preferred clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
- Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the OK State Board of Pharmacy.
- Must maintain preceptor license with the OK State Board of Pharmacy upon hire.
- ASHP-endorsed PGY1 residency program preceptorship upon hire.
- Board certification in related practice area encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
- Participate in departmental clinical programs as assigned.
- Process orders and dispense medications per policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Administer ACGME accreditation and reporting requirements to external agencies.
- Contribute to the educational goals of the department.
- Enhance pharmacy processes to promote patient safety and outcomes.
