Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a clinical pharmacist to participate in clinical and distributive services. You will ensure safe, cost-effective medication therapies, process orders, and support educational goals within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Experience: PGY1 residency preferred, hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Licensure: Pharmacist license in good standing with state board.
• Preceptorship: Maintain preceptor license as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medication therapies for patients.
• Process orders and dispense medications per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in clinical programs and educational goals of the department.
• Enhance pharmacy processes to promote patient safety and outcomes.
