You will coordinate care plans, support departmental operations within budget, and assist in staff development. Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking are essential to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia and CPR certification.
• Minimum clinical nursing experience; leadership/management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead teams and manage priorities.
• Ability to communicate with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care on a shift using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care plans with physicians and other disciplines.
• Support unit operations within established budget and staff development.
• Supervise and assist in staff development and training.
