Ardent Health Services is seeking an ER Nursing Manager to lead a day shift in Tulsa, OK. The role oversees a 38-bed Emergency Department within a Level III Trauma Center and directs about 100 nursing and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess a BSN (or be enrolled in BSN within 8 months), hold an RN license, and obtain BLS within 14 days of hire. This management position emphasizes mission-driven patient care, budgeting, and program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing or enrolled in a BSN program within 8 months of starting.
• Current RN license or current license deemed acceptable by the applicable State Board of Nursing
• BLS certification must be obtained with 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a high-volume, 38-bed Emergency Department within a Level III Trauma Center.
• Lead approximately 100 team members across nursing and support roles.
• Promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care and customer service.
