Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient‑centered care across our hospital, collaborating with a diverse healthcare team. You will apply the nursing process to support comfort, safety, and recovery for patients.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• RN experience: none required (two years preferred).
• Licensed as an RN in Florida per the Florida Nurse Practice Act.
• BLS/CPR certification from an AHA instructor is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide care through collaboration with the healthcare team and the autonomous application of the nursing process.
• Leads, mentors, and role models for other members of the healthcare team.
• Coordinates and delegates care in a safe, secure, and clean environment.
• Demonstrates respect for patient rights, dignity, values, confidentiality, and expressed needs.
• Uses evidence-based practice and information technologies to relieve pain, and alleviate anxiety.
• Practices under the Florida Nurse Practice Act and TMH policies and procedures.
• Supports TMH’s mission and ICARE values consistently.
