Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Nurse Technician to assist with basic patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse in a hospital setting. The role requires enrollment in a nursing program with NCLEX eligibility and current BLS certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Ideal candidates are technically competent in the Nurse Technician scope of practice and eager to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a nursing program with NCLEX eligibility.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to read and understand English instructions and safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care activities under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assists with nursing procedures within the Nurse Technician scope of practice.
• Supports hospital staff in delivering patient-centered care.
