Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Florida CNA license required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care related support including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination and safety as directed by a Registered Nurse.
• Documents promptly into patient records per department guidelines.
• Maintains supplies and equipment and assists with inventory and ordering as directed.
• Answers call lights and responds to patient needs in a timely manner.
• Assists with clerical duties and other tasks as assigned by the Nurse Manager.
• Completes duties within shift and communicates relevant information for pain management or follow-up.
