Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN licensure (Registered Professional Nurse).
• At least 2 years of nursing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Current certifications per department requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate front-line operations for assigned inpatient unit(s) 24/7.
• Support the Director in maintaining nursing standards and promoting competent practice among your team.
• Champion quality, safe patient care and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Foster a culture of excellent customer service, evidence-based practice, and resource stewardship.
• Be the go-to person for supporting personnel needs, guiding your team with care and leadership.
