You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; collaborate with physicians and staff; participate in education, performance improvement, and safety initiatives; and ensure high-quality outcomes for diverse patients.

Qualificações

• Current RN license in Illinois (IDFPR).
• Active certifications ACLS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC, PALS within specified timeframes.
• TNS certification and CPI training are required/desired.
• Nursing education at the college diploma level.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient's status through interviews, observation, and physical assessment.
• Develop an individualized plan of care using collaboration with patient/family and health team.
• Perform bedside labs and follow lab procedures.
• Document progress and adjust care plan as needed.
• Promote safety and quality using lift equipment and evidence-based care.
• Provide shift reports and educate patients and families.
