Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic nursing skills, multitask, communicate effectively, and use basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team and develop an individualized plan of care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Document patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications using the five rights and ensure patient safety.
