Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice where providing client nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Engages in quality initiatives and governance to improve care.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Maintain safety culture and provide accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocol.
• Communicate effectively and delegate appropriately.
• Seek professional development and maintain required certifications.
• Float to other units as needed within the service area.
