Qualifications

• Nursing degree and licensure required.
• State RN licensure (Florida).
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required or in progress.
• TNCC certification preferred.
• NIH Stroke Certification preferred.
• CPI certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care per facility policies and nursing philosophy.
• Communicate with physicians and nursing staff about patient needs.
• Administer IVs and medications; monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment.
• Support per diem night shift operations at Palma Sola Free-Standing Emergency Room in Bradenton, FL.
