First Choice Nurses of Eastern Virginia is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem hospital opportunities. Choose shifts that fit your availability while working with a local staffing team that provides competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and support from administrators.

Roles include ER RN responsibilities and scheduling between 3:00 PM-11:00 PM and 7:00 PM-7:00 AM with daily pay options. Ensure active RN license and current BLS/ACLS, with credentials completed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care Emergency Department experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond to emergency and critical-care situations.
• Complete required assessments and documentation.
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements.
