Job summary

Phillips County Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to plan and administer patient care. You will maintain high-quality, patient-centered care and implement nursing standards and policies while training staff as part of the hospital team.

The role requires MT nursing licensure with ACLS, PALS, ATLS, ENPC, TNCC, and related certifications, plus strong communication and teamwork abilities. Background screening is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree in nursing; graduate of an accredited program.
• Licensure/Certification: MT RN license, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, ENPC, TNCC, and other requirements as needed by PCH Medical staff.
• Experience/Knowledge: Ability to assess, treat and care for patients; communicate effectively with staff, patients and families; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and administers patient care.
• Maintains professional, high-quality, patient-centered care through standards and procedures.
• Performs nursing care via development and implementation of nursing standards, policies, procedures, and staff training; participates as a hospital team member.
• Background check and drug screen required.
