Saint Francis Health System in Eufaula, OK seeks a part-time Registered Nurse I for the Emergency Center - Eufaula Campus. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care on 12-hour night shifts, with weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process, documenting care, coordinating care with the team, and facilitating patient discharge through referrals and education, while adhering to unit policies and patient age/cultural considerations.

Qualifications

• Has completed the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing as approved and verified by a state board of nursing.
• Holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or degree in nursing.
• Valid multi-state or Oklahoma RN license.
• 0–6 months related nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Assesses, organizes, and completes patient care with attention to age, culture, and psychosocial factors.
• Documents steps of the nursing process using proper medical terminology.
• Addresses problems and progress toward patient care goals.
• Facilitates patient discharge through timely referrals and education.
• Collaborates with other disciplines and staff on patient care.
• Supports unit and hospital goals through participation in PI and education activities.
