Job summary

AdventHealth in Sebring, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift on-site role. The position requires an Associate's degree in Nursing, RN licensure, and BLS certification, with 1+ year of RN experience preferred and 2+ years for PRN.

Expected pay range is $31.85-$50.90 per hour, with benefits from Day One. You will assess and document patient health, coordinate care with the health team, discharge planning, and provide patient education.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• RN license is required (Florida or eligible).
• BLS certification required.
• 2+ years RN experience for PRN; 1+ year RN experience preferred for RN role.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze health status of patients in assigned unit.
• Perform and document assessments within policy timelines.
• Communicate plan of care to the health care team.
• Direct and coordinate patient care activities on the unit.
• Provide patient education based on assessed needs and evaluate understanding.
