Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 1+ years ER experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• 1+ years leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of the ED unit and staffing.
• Promote patient safety and high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Lead admissions and discharge processes for efficient patient throughput.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and assign skilled staff.
