Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient group, following established standards and the nursing process.

The role includes supervising nursing staff across levels, coordinating with other disciplines through critical thinking and independent decision-making, and contributing to discharge planning and patient education. Strong RN licensure, BLS/CPR, and ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications are required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• CPR/BLS certifications required (AH policy).
• AHA‑BLS or ARC‑BLS required.
• AHA‑ACLS or ARC‑ALS required.
• AHA‑PALS or ARC‑PALS required.
• AHA‑NRP or ARC‑NALS required.

Responsibilities

• Collects relevant data pertinent to the patient's health status.
• Analyzes assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses and care needs.
• Develops individualized plans of care with interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implements interventions, coordinates care, and promotes a safe environment.
• Evaluates progress and modifies the plan of care as needed.
• Identifies expected outcomes based on assessment findings.
• Collaborates with patients, families, physicians, and teams to provide safe, compassionate care.
• Provides education to patients, families, and team members.
• Participates in discharge planning for continuity of care.
• Delegates duties and coordinates activities of healthcare staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
