Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs activities of nursing and ancillary personnel; ensures cost-effective, professional care and high patient satisfaction.
• Assesses and improves quality of patient experience; maintains patient safety and aligns with Joint Commission standards.
• Directs staffing based on patient acuity and skill mix; manages schedules and performance evaluations.
