Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center in Bolivia, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department. This full-time 0.9 FTE role features 12-hour Day shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with orientation and ongoing mentorship as you deliver high-quality patient care.

You will assess patients, collaborate with interprofessional teams, advocate for patients, administer medications, manage emergencies, and continuously update care plans.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 1-year acute care nursing experience required; 1-year medical-surgical preferred.
• Current RN licensure in state; BLS required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and synthesize data to identify care needs.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan care.
• Advocate for patients and coordinate delivery of care.
• Administer medications and perform routine nursing tasks (IVs, dressings).
• Respond to emergencies including CPR and patient transfers.
• Continuously reassess patient progress and adjust care plans.
