Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an Emergency Department (RN) in Spokane, WA. The role covers day, night, and mid shifts within a hospital setting, with full-time, part-time, and per diem options to fit different schedules.

The RN will provide urgent care, manage trauma and medical conditions, administer medications, monitor patients, and collaborate with physicians to plan care and disposition. Requirements include an RN license and ER experience. ACLS/PALS preferred; ADN or higher degree required.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing is required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• ER experience 1+ years preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certifications preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat trauma, injury, and severe medical conditions.
• Assess patients and prioritize care quickly.
• Monitor health, administer medications and treatments, operate equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
