Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, part of HCA Healthcare, is hiring an Emergency Room Nurse (FSER) to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll collaborate with physicians and the care team, assess pain, perform procedures, and document care in the medical record.

The role requires RN licensure, ACLS/BLS/NCI/PALS within designated timelines, and an Associate degree.

Qualificações

• Active RN license required
• ACLS/BLS/NCI/PALS within specified timelines
• No travel required

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management and reassess after interventions.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered; document care in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests to deliver exceptional care and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers about conditions, treatment plans, medications and possible side effects.
• Teach about non-medicinal follow-up measures and prepare for self-management.
