Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting.
• Licensed RN with Alabama or state compact licensure; BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per nursing process and policies.
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Educates patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
