Qualifications

• Associate Of Arts Nursing and 2 years of consecutive ED/ICU experience.
• On hire, training will occur as operations allow.
• RN licensure in CA on hire and CPR/BLS on hire.
• ACLS, PALS and TNCC required within specified timeframes.
• NRP required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine physical/psychosocial assessment per care plan.
• Formulates and participates in care planning for patient needs.
• Adapts education to patient and family while delivering care.
• Ensures efficient care delivery and independent clinical decisions.
• Follows unit safety regulations and advocates for patient rights.
