• Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑pressure, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care based on acuity and clinical needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to hospital protocols and orders.
• Provide critical interventions for trauma, cardiac, and other emergencies.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Document assessments and outcomes in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and infection control procedures.
