Job summary

Ally Medical ER is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide compassionate emergency room care. You will triage patients, collaborate with physicians, and support diagnostic testing and treatments based on the patient’s condition.

The role requires critical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to manage high-stress situations while ensuring accurate documentation and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Two years of RN and/or ER nursing experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care by evaluating medical complaints or symptoms and reporting to a physician.
• Assist physicians during exams, procedures, diagnostic tests, and treatments.
• Perform IV initiation/infusion/therapy, blood draws, cardiac monitoring, and oxygen therapy as ordered.
• Recognize and treat life-threatening conditions promptly.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments across age groups and reassess as needed.
• Assist with procedures such as laceration repair and procedures requiring moderate sedation.
