Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network seeks a Registered Nurse to provide holistic patient care in alignment with the hospital's professional practice model. Qualifications

• Must hold an active Ohio RN license.
• AD or Diploma nursing graduates may be hired.
• BSN required within 5 years of hire for new hires.
• BLS certification; ACLS within 6 months for higher-acuity units.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Communicate with physicians and team using SBAR.
• Implement evidence-based nursing care and patient education.
• Ensure safety and prevent infection, using PPE as required.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in professional development and precept new staff.
