The ideal candidate holds a Michigan nursing license, is competent within 6 months, and is BLS certified. Preference is given to candidates with a Bachelor's in Nursing. Schedule: 3:00am-3:00pm, on-site, with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• License to practice nursing in Michigan (MI).
• Competent within 6 months of hire across defined patient population.
• BLS certification required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Engage in lifelong learning through certification, advanced practice, and education.
• Demonstrate leadership through sharing knowledge and acting as a clinical resource.
