Registered Nurse – Emergency Room - $20,000 Sign On Bonus

Our Client: Our Client is a full-service healthcare provider that has been serving the West Marion County since 2001.

The Position: Our Client is seeking a qualified ER Nurse. The ideal candidate will coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care. Our Client is offering the following benefits and compensation:

  • $32 – $40 (Up to 10 Years of experience)
  • $48 (17 years or more of experience)
  • Shift Diff: $4.25 for nights
  • Sign on bonus:
    • $10,000 for day shift
    • $20,000 for night shift

Job Responsibilities:

  • Available Shifts:
    • Mixed (Rotating Weekends)
    • Nights (Rotating Weekends)
  • Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
  • Triage, assess and treat patients of all ages
  • Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
  • Develop plans that prescribe strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously providing general nursing care and prioritizing needs continually
  • You will provide follow-up care instructions to patients and make necessary referrals
  • You must coordinate functions with physicians and other departments of the hospital, while being patient focused and safety aware at all times

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year of Recent (within the last 2-3 years) Acute Care RN experience (looking for ED, ICU, PCU experience; If a candidate has paramedic experience in their background, it’s a plus)
  • Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
  • Registered Nurse Diploma, or associate degree
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
  • PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
