Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is seeking an ER Technician to assist in delivering patient care in the Emergency Center during the night shift. This full-time role runs from 7pm to 7:30am and provides benefits.

Under supervision of an RN or physician, you will help with basic patient care and keep the ER organized. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, EMT-B or CNA certification, and are willing to cross-train as Unit Secretary.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or GED from accredited school is required
• Certificate from Emergency Medical Technician Basic (EMT-B) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program required
• Willingness to cross train as Unit Secretary
• Previous experience working as an EMT-B or CNA required. Experience with starting IVs is necessary
• Computer experience

• The ER Technician is responsible for delivery of patient care.
• ER Tech provides patient care in the Emergency Center under the supervision of the RN or physician.
• This is a Modified full time position on night shift (7pm-7:30am) with benefits.
