Qualifications

• Essential: BLS
• RN license
• ACLS
• PALS
• NIHSS

Responsibilities

• Acts as unit Clinical Supervisor; manages staffing and coaching.
• Assists in developing budgets for the unit.
• Participates in policy development and CQI/QA/QC processes.
• Leads unit Performance Improvement activities and PI projects.
• Maintains cross-functional relationships and effective communication.
• Provides direct patient care within scope when needed.
