Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum ER nursing experience of 2 years.
• RN license in Texas; BLS/ACLS required.
• BSN preferred; PALS/ENPC/TNCC as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in the ER.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care with the healthcare team.
• Document care in the EMR and maintain accurate records.
• Administer medications per policy and safety standards.
• Educate patients and families using SBAR, AIDET, and discharge instructions.
