Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in state of practice.

• Assess learning needs; implement teaching for diverse patients and families.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources; leads the interdisciplinary team.
• Uses data to evaluate and promote changes for optimal outcomes.
• Contributes to patient satisfaction and staff morale and supports professional nursing standards.
• Adapts care to diverse patient populations with respect for privacy and cultural needs.
• Performs other duties as required.
