vTech Solution seeks an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing care in a critical access hospital setting. The RN collaborates with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care, ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

The role emphasizes strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and the ability to work nights with rotating weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Must hold an Illinois RN license and current certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS).
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in emergency or critical care.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with education verification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care in the ED.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards and state law.
• Document care and nursing activities per standards of care.
• Develop and execute individualized patient care plans including family education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient safety and care.
