Job summary

Florida Medical Center in Florida is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care from 7p to 7:30a. You will assess, plan, and implement nursing care, coordinate with ER techs and patient care assistants, and ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires strong English communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ICU or ER course preparation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required or preferred.
• Basic arrhythmia interpretation skills.
• ICU or ER course completion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and technical nursing care to patients.
• Adhere to hospital policies and regulatory guidelines (TJC, AHCA, OSHA, CMS, DCF, etc.).
• Assist in planning, supervising, and instructing ER Techs and Patient Care Assistants.

Skills

Basic Arrhythmia Skills

Ability to Communicate in English

Education

Current Florida RN License
